Vedan is based on the Dungeons and Dragons 3.5 roleplaying system, therefore, none of this is likely to make sense without the use of a Player's Handbook.
That said, this section contains Character Concept and Creation Information (nice ring to that, eh?). All the information necessary about the Vedanic Races, Classes, and other information (like feats, once I make some up) is contained herein.
